- Pricing and Payments: Darien Design Center will set the selling price of consigned items. Consignors will be paid a percentage of the sale price as agreed upon in the consignment contract.
- Duration: Items will be displayed for a set period. Unsold items may be returned to the consignor or donated, as per the consignment agreement.

Darien Design Center is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or other operational issues.
